Every Android smartphone and Android devices contains a hidden options that is Android Developer Options. 
These are mostly made for developers to debug the device - the people who need additional functions to test 
software and apps they simply use Android developer option in android devices. There are many options that allow you to simulate app stresses or enable debugging options.

The Android Developer Options allows you to enable USB debugging over your device and it captures bug reports on  to your Android device, and show CPU usage on screen to measure the impact of your software.

Developer Options allow you to debug information on screen including CPU usage, 
updates on GPU views and hardware layers, and other software information.

The Android Developer Options are available on all Android devices.
They all make them impossible to accidentally access, for good reason.

First Navigate to Settings > About Device > Build Number.
Then Tap 7 times repeatedly till you see a toast notification that says You are now a developer.
Tap the Back button and you will see Developer options menu in the About Device section in Settings.

after it automatically gives you a pop up which is "you are now a developer".

6. Desktop Backup Password:-Android Developer Options allow you to backup and restore to and from your PC things 
such as apps and their associated data. This option requires a password for such backups.

leave its main view.

time it is in charging mode.

10. Select USB Configuration:-Select how your Android device should react when it's connected to a PC over USB.

even if they were written to not use it.

USB debugging helps your Android device with your computer interface by using some commands. Your phone is paired up with the Android SDK(Software Development Kit) on your computer, now you can use your phone to install apps, know all about your device information, backup your phone or even root the device. You can use it very carefully.

Android Developer is a powerful function available in a smartphone. But to stay secure, you should only enable this option when you work with it, After finishing your work then turn it off when you no longer use it.
